Cobb Tuning Subaru STI / Legacy GT Spec B 6-Speed Front Shifter Bushing
This shifter bushing upgrade is the perfect complement to a short shifter upgrade. Since a short shifter reduces the shifter throw and can lower the height of the shift knob, shift precision becomes even more critical. The Cobb Tuning Subaru 6-Speed Transmission Shifter Bushing improves shift precision and feel when used in conjunction with a short shifter.
The popular Cobb Tuning Subaru 6-Speed Transmission Front Shifter Bushing is a direct replacement for the soft rubber bushing located at the anchor point of the shifter assembly. This upgraded bushing eliminates the side-to-side compliance (slop) found in the stock shifter mechanism caused by the soft rubber bushing, significantly improving the feel of the shifter.
This bushing is made from 95A durometer urethane and includes everything needed for an easy installation with simple hand tools. Made in the USA.

If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. A shipping quote is calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections (Shaken)
Products we handle are, in principle, designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system (Shaken)," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
