6.0mm Intake Valve Guide by Brian Crower
BC high performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, guaranteed to a tolerance within 0.02mm. Every BC camshaft profile is prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being released for production. Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user by grinding in volume. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked on a high-speed measurement gauge with sub-micron accuracy. The Adcole camshaft measurement system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, providing 3,600 data points per revolution at 1/10 degree increments with 0.01 micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift error and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
