29.9mm Intake Valve by Brian Crower
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders, ensuring precision and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being put into mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass cost savings on to the end user. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing data points at 1/10th of a degree increments—3,600 data points per rotation—with a resolution of 0.01 microns. This model, which measures camshafts for profile errors and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
