○ Regarding Shipping

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
