If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery of your product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related issues "only through us." Please note that we do not handle requests through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
