ARP - the world leader in fastener technology - has released new Pro Series ARP2000 main stud kits for 2008 and later Nissan 3.8L (VR38DETT) DOHC V6 applications.
Part number 202-5802 - includes a set of 16 ARP2000 main studs, 16 parallel-ground washers, 16 8740 chromoly steel 12-point nuts, and 1 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.
All Pro Series ARP2000 studs are centerless ground, heat-treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and have a nominal rating of 220,000 psi. These fasteners provide a 35% increase in tensile strength compared to OEM main bolts.
All ARP main stud kits exceed the most stringent aerospace specifications. Every kit comes complete with hardened parallel-ground washers and aerospace-quality nuts. Some applications have provisions for mounting windage trays, featuring specially designed standoff studs with serrated lock nuts to position and securely lock the windage tray in place. The studs are manufactured from 8740 chromoly steel, heat-treated in-house to 200,000 psi tensile strength, and feature precision J-form threads rolled after heat treatment, creating a fastener with threads that are 1000% stronger than others.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from your order, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
