Developed and rigorously tested under Australia's harshest conditions, these large-bore bypass shock absorbers with remote reservoirs can be installed without vehicle modifications. They combine ride comfort for city driving with sufficient end-zone damping for exceptional chassis control and handling off-road. Damping performance is easily adjustable across a wide range of rebound and compression, allowing for custom tuning to suit your driving conditions and vehicle setup. The body, reservoir, and all components are crafted from 6061 T6 aluminum, with a 40-micron Type 3 hard-anodized finish for superior heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and protection against stone chips. Designed, developed, and tested by ARB's Old Man Emu ride engineer team, all BP-51 shock absorbers are manufactured in-house at ARB’s own facility. Significant investment has been made in state-of-the-art equipment to fully control the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest level of quality.
