Developed and extensively tested in Australia’s harshest conditions, these large-bore, position-sensitive bypass shock absorbers with remote reservoirs can be installed on your vehicle without any modifications. They provide a comfortable ride for city driving while offering significant end-zone damping for superior chassis control and handling off-road. Damping performance is widely adjustable for both rebound and compression, allowing for significant changes to the vehicle's ride and custom tuning tailored to specific conditions and vehicle setups. The body, reservoir, and components are all crafted from 6061 T6 aluminum, with a Type 3 40-micron hard-anodized finish to ensure excellent heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and protection against stone chips. Designed, developed, and tested by ARB’s Old Man Emu ride engineering team, every BP-51 shock absorber is manufactured in-house at ARB.
