*Note: Currently, orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may have a lead time of 3–4 weeks. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the main unit. Rally Light Bars, Ultimate Light Bars, Skid Guards, or Light Plates will ship as soon as they are in stock. Once we catch up on Baja Designs stock levels, lights will ship together with orders for Rally Light Bars, Ultimate Light Bars, Skid Guards, or Light Plates. Standard lead times depend on stock, but are usually 1–2 weeks. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.*

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import duties and taxes incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are never shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
The products we carry are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product itself during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products damaged in transit, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "only through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
