If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the rally light bar, ultimate light bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped together with the rally light bar, ultimate light bar, skid guard, or light plate. 〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred upon import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please check the compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. For shipping cost estimates, these will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle correspondence through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
