*Note: Current lead times for Baja Designs light orders (light packages and light conversions) may be 3-4 weeks. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once the stock arrives. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped concurrently with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order. Delivery time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on stock availability. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.*

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Duties
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
All product databases are based on North American vehicle models (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicle models (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean it will fit Japanese vehicle models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
All products handled by our company are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
