〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At Shaftoya, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf. There will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirming Fitment
All product databases are based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese domestic specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model on our homepage, it does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese-spec models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatically calculated amount. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all items are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide documents such as structural strength certificates for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product during transit. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if we are notified of shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for items sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
