If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatic calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm lead times in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we carry are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Consequently, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there may occasionally be shipping damage to packaging or the products themselves. We will only accept returns, provide refunds, or send replacements if contacted within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support is provided "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
