Factory wastegate actuators suffer from boost drop-off as you approach the redline, leading to boost instability and reduced top-end power. Turbosmart Internal Wastegate Actuators (IWG) replace your OEM actuator, allowing you to maintain higher boost pressure all the way to the redline. By managing boost pressure with a controller, you can expect improved turbo response and increased sensitivity. You can set your preferred stiffness with a spring range from 3 to 26 PSI. As with all Turbosmart products, only the highest-grade materials are used, and the fit is perfect. If you are serious about boost, give the Turbosmart IWG a try.
Features:
- Stainless steel rod and connecting clevis for improved corrosion resistance
- Locking collar design cap allows for quick spring changes
- High-grade billet aluminum construction
- Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm capable of withstanding high temperatures
- Compatibility:
- Mitsubishi Evolution 8 & 9 2003–2006
Before Placing Your Order
〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM); please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese market models without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Note that all products are transported by air; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
