○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatic calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. All products are shipped via air freight. We do not ship by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" standards, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for warranty claims.
