The HPS stainless steel V-band clamp kit with aluminum flanges is a durable and versatile clamping system for automotive and industrial applications. This clamp features a quick-release T-bolt, allowing for fast and easy installation without having to completely disassemble the kit. Made of 100% 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent weather and corrosion resistance. The aluminum V-band flanges have male and female sides that automatically align the flanges and eliminate improper installation. The back of these V-band flanges has a recessed lip to help center the aluminum tubing. This recess matches the ID of 16-gauge tubing, allowing for unrestricted flow. HPS aluminum V-band flanges are made of 6061 aluminum and use an NBR O-ring to create an airtight seal for positive pressure applications. This product is perfect for intercooler piping systems and intake systems.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping fee estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the estimated delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar materials for this purpose.
