○ Regarding Delivery

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of delivery damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt regarding products that have sustained delivery damage, are defective, or are different from what was ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
