Introducing the Cobb Tuning Front Mount Intercooler upgrade for the 2022+ Ford Bronco Raptor. A direct replacement for the factory intercooler, the Cobb Tuning intercooler offers significantly improved cooling efficiency for more consistent power output.
The all-new TIG-welded billet aluminum assembly features a core with 53% more volume than the standard unit. It fits perfectly with the OEM shutter shroud, requiring absolutely no cutting, trimming, or permanent modifications to the vehicle.
This Front Mount Intercooler was designed in-house with attention to detail not found in other aftermarket products. Using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, we created the smoothest end-tank design possible to increase flow uniformly without creating significant turbulent areas. The intercooler outlet port is also designed with a large chamfer to provide a smooth transition from the intercooler to the throttle body tube, further reducing turbulence in the system.
It is well known that the stock front mount intercooler (FMIC) on the Ford Bronco Raptor 3.0L EcoBoost is undersized and can heat soak quickly. This results in reduced available power. That is why an upgraded front mount intercooler is the best hard-part upgrade for your 2022+ Ford Bronco Raptor.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar items for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged products, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
