*Note: Currently, orders for Baja Designs lights (Light Packages and Light Conversions) may take 3–4 weeks for delivery. If you order a Light Package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate; these items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped along with your order for the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate. Typical lead times are 1–2 weeks depending on availability. During this period, all light orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If you cannot wait, please refrain from ordering the lights. Before You Order

〇 Regarding Import Duties
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import duties incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not incur any additional costs beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American market (USDM) vehicles. Please verify whether the product can be installed on a Japanese market (JDM) vehicle before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle; our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market models without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us with any questions before ordering.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7–14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide structural strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product itself during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for damaged goods, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, we only provide support regarding warranties "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
