One-off Propeller Shaft Quote Request Form

We would like to introduce the measurement method we use when manufacturing one-off shafts.

Please ensure that the transmission and differential mounting bolts are tightened correctly.
For rear-axle vehicles, please take measurements with the axle height at the 1G position.
For flange-type transmissions (Type C and Type D), if high-precision balancing is required, we recommend balancing the transmission flange and the shaft together. (*The customer is responsible for the international shipping costs of the flange.)
Please be aware that if we do not have information on the transmission and differential yoke/flange you are using, we may request that you also send the flange for measurement.

INTERIOR

All propeller shafts offered by our company are manufactured in the United States.
Please be aware that steel shafts often sustain paint peeling or scratches during transit due to contact with packaging materials; therefore, we assume they will be repainted prior to installation.

While they boast significantly higher strength than OEM parts, they do not come with any "strength evaluation documents" required by Japanese vehicle inspection standards, and therefore cannot be installed on vehicles intended for public road use.

For installation on heavily tuned competition vehicles, please ensure you have a thorough understanding of the intended usage and vehicle specifications before ordering. Please be aware that our company assumes no responsibility for any accidents or malfunctions that may occur if installed on vehicles that exceed the specifications of the part.
