Custom Propeller Shaft Quotation Form

We offer custom propeller shaft manufacturing for vehicles such as those listed below, where the stock propeller shaft cannot be used. We will manufacture a compatible shaft based on your vehicle's actual measurements and ship it directly to your home.

Manufacturing takes approximately one week, and including shipping time, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks for your one-off propeller shaft to be produced and delivered.

We would like to introduce the measurement method we use when manufacturing one-off propeller shafts.

Please ensure that the transmission and differential mounting bolts are tightened to the correct specifications.
For vehicles with a rear axle housing, please perform the measurement with the axle height at the 1G position.
For flange-type transmissions (Type C and Type D), if high-precision balancing is required, we recommend
balancing the transmission flange and the shaft together. (*International shipping costs for the flange are to be borne by the customer.)
Please note that if we do not have the specifications for the transmission and differential yoke/flange you are using,
we may request that you provide measurements of the flange dimensions separately.
All of the propeller shafts we provide are manufactured in the United States.
Due to the nature of shipping, steel shafts often experience paint peeling or scratches from contact with packaging materials; therefore, we assume that they will be repainted prior to installation.
While these products offer significantly higher strength compared to OEM parts, please be aware that they do not come with any "strength calculation documents" compliant with Japanese vehicle inspection regulations, and thus cannot be installed on standard vehicles driven on public roads.
For installation on heavily tuned competition vehicles, please ensure you have a thorough understanding of the usage methods and vehicle specifications before ordering or installing these propeller shafts (including the bolts used for installation, tightening torque, and careful regular retightening).
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or malfunctions that may occur when installed on vehicles exceeding the intended specifications.
