One-off Driveshaft Estimate Form

We would like to introduce the measurement method we use when manufacturing one-off shafts.

Method for measuring the front drive shaft

Method for Measuring Rear Drive Shaft

Please ensure that the transmission and differential mount bolts are tightened to the correct specifications.
When taking measurements, please ensure the vehicle is at its normal ride height and that the hub height is in the 1G position.
Please be aware that if we do not possess the shaft spline/hub spline specifications for the transmission or differential you are using,
we may need to request that you provide additional spline measurements.
All drive shafts provided by our company are manufactured in the United States.
While they boast strength that is overwhelmingly superior to genuine parts, please be aware that they cannot be installed on vehicles intended for public road use, as they do not come with any "strength calculation documents" that comply with Japanese vehicle inspection regulations.
Furthermore, regarding installation on heavily tuned competition vehicles, please ensure you fully understand the methods of use and vehicle specifications before ordering and installing our drive shafts. (This includes the bolts used for installation, tightening torque, thorough retightening, etc.)
Please be aware that our company cannot be held responsible for any accidents or malfunctions that occur when installed on over-specced vehicles.
