Zerofab Performance RB Engine Intake Manifold / Billet 80mm Throttle Body
Cheaply made surge tanks can often have warped flanges right out of the box or develop cracks in the welds when under boost. This intake manifold manufactured by Zerofab is of the highest quality available on the market today.
This surge tank comes with an 80mm throttle body. While a 90mm throttle body may look better, it reduces throttle response, which is why Zerofab does not use them. The 80mm throttle body supports over 1000 horsepower while providing excellent throttle response.
Details: The intake manifold is made of polished aluminum and, unlike cheaper manifolds from other companies, features a CNC billet flange. The fitment and port shape are excellent. The dedicated fuel rail kit is black anodized and compatible with 14mm injectors.
Push-on fittings and water pipes are included, eliminating the need for the stock coolant lines. The flange utilizes an O-ring design for superior sealing.

- R35 OEM 550CC (requires rail mount modification)
- Injector Dynamics IDXXXX.60.14.14
- Length 48mm or 60mm, 14mm O-ring size for top/bottom

Note:
- The stock oil cooler must be relocated.
- The RB26 version converts away from the stock 6-throttle system.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We only offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support is provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
