○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system (Shaken)," and we cannot provide structural calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain damage during transit. We will only accept returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for these matters.
