The Wisefab BMW E9x lock kit can be installed on various BMW models: E90, E91, E92, E81, E82, E87, E88, both M and non-M. Brackets to fit M brake calipers are included. M or non-M front coilovers work with Wisefab E90 knuckles. All metal components in the Wisefab E90 front suspension are made of high-tensile steel, including sheet metal components, tubes, tube ends, and rod end housings. We use rod ends and spherical bearings, with no rubber bushings.

Recommended alignment parameters are as follows:
Toe-in/out: If Ackermann is 0 or negative, toe is 2mm out. If Ackermann is positive, toe is 0
Camber: -4.5 +/-0.5
Caster: 6 +/-0.5

One-piece lower control arm design
We have replaced the lower links with a single arm. Stiffness and packaging become issues when drifting with high steering angles, which is why a one-piece lower arm is used. -
Higher Roll Center (RC).
The joint is lower on the Wisefab knuckle, which raises the front RC when the ride height is lowered, improving roll stiffness and allowing you to remove the front anti-roll bar (sway bar), which is very difficult to package at high lock angles. -
Very good camber control and minimal bump steer, even at high steering angles.
Dynamic camber control and bump steer are far more important in a drift car than static camber control. Our kinematics ensure that the camber provides excellent front grip and bump steer is minimized across the entire steering range. -
Steering jack control.
During drifting, as the steering angle increases, jacking increases even with the same geometry, which can become a problem. We have modified the geometry to ensure that no handling issues occur. -
Consistent and predictable self-aligning torque
Caster is not the only important parameter for providing sufficient self-aligning torque, especially at high lock. It is a combination of various parameters to maintain consistent trail and self-aligning torque. In our setup, the steering wheel always rotates in the direction of travel and does not get stuck at full lock. - Original wheel speed sensor (ABS sensor) can be used.

- This kit is intended for use with coilovers and ensures sufficient clearance.
- Ride height is designed to be a maximum of 80mm from the front subframe to the ground.
- Depending on rim width and ET, wider fenders or fender flares will be required.
- No modifications to the inner wheel wells are required for tire diameters up to 635mm (e.g., 215/45R17, 225/45R17, 235/40R17, 225/40R18).
- Minimum rim diameter is 17 inches.
- Recommended backspacing is approximately 135mm (7-inch ET45, 8-inch ET35, 9-inch ET20).
- If the ET is lower, the wheel will sit further outward; if the ET is higher, spacers must be used.
- This kit is designed and manufactured to be ready for use after installation and toe adjustment.

If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to non-compatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding compliance with Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are essentially all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" in any way, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar items for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
