○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of damage to the packaging or the product itself during transit. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support is provided "only through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
