Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Differential (Set 16 / 18x24 teeth)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears manufactured from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined and heat-treated for high strength to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust and tune the final gear ratio to match the track layout, tire diameter, and more.
With a quick-change differential, a single gear set can provide two different gear ratios (High / Low) by swapping the upper and lower gears as shown in the photo below.
Since the final gear ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gears in your quick-change differential unit, please verify in advance whether your differential is set to a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

At the Shafutoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred during import, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery estimate in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private land, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if contacted within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
