Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick-Change Diff (Set 15A / 21×22 Teeth)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears made from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined and heat-treated for high strength to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust and set your final drive ratio to suit circuit layouts, tire outer diameters, and more.
With a quick-change setup, you can achieve two different gear ratios (High / Low) by swapping the upper and lower gears of the same set as shown in the photo below.
The final drive ratio depends on the initial settings of the ring and pinion gears in your quick-change differential unit, so please verify in advance whether your differential has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Confirmation
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page, it does not guarantee direct fitment to Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases where the packaging box or the product itself sustains shipping damage. We only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered, if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, we handle warranty-related support "only through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
