Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears built to withstand high output and high torque, precision-machined from SAE8620 alloy steel and heat-treated for superior strength.
A wide variety of gear sets is available, allowing you to adjust and fine-tune your final drive ratio to match circuit layouts, tire diameters, and other factors.
With a quick-change setup, you can achieve two different gear ratios (High / Low) by swapping the upper and lower gears of the same set, as shown in the photo below.
Since the final gear ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gears in the quick-change differential unit itself, please verify in advance whether your differential is set to a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set).

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the item is compatible with your Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for an estimated delivery date in advance. Note that all items are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Products handled by our company are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation sheets for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, and off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. We only provide returns, refunds, or replacement services for items that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
