The 71-inch GTC-500 Carbon Fiber Adjustable Wing is the largest wing available in the APR catalog. Featuring an optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is ideal for high-speed touring applications, providing a significant amount of downforce without causing excessive drag. All GTC series wings feature aerodynamically 3D-designed airfoils to achieve an optimal balance of downforce. This design maintains an ideal level of downforce while reducing air resistance. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed on this wing to support the verification of the aerodynamic design.
Each GTC series airfoil is constructed from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils contain pre-preg carbon fiber woven sheets for superior strength and weight reduction. All CFRP airfoils are manufactured using pre-preg composite manufacturing processes (such as high-temperature autoclaves and vacuum bagging) in high-quality aluminum billet molds.
Supporting the wing are 10 mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat finish.
Note: The mounting base spacing is 47 inches (center to center).

At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our home page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the amount automatically calculated for shipping and the actual shipping cost incurred. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are basically shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" in any way, and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documents for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off public roads," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
