QRJ 3 PSI Blow Off Valve - Red by TiAL Sport
The TiAL QRJ is our newest boost control valve, designed with the needs of high-performance recirculation systems in mind. The QRJ features a new body design, a compact installation envelope, high flow capacity, and configurable inlet and outlet ports.
Features
- For use in turbocharged and supercharged applications (Paxton, Vortech, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. Equipped with a large 38.5mm (1.50 inch) valve.
- Optional configurations for hose or V-band connections on inlet and outlet ports.
- The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring, which is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat or blowing out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard-anodized for wear resistance.
- The QRJ comes with our proprietary machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolts for fast actuator response, as well as an oversized 10mm hose barb.
- Multiple inlet and return port options to accommodate many installation configurations.
- Internal return spring pressure tuned for the fastest response. Custom spring options are available for other configurations.
- A great feature of this BOV is that the bottom can be swapped with a Q BOV bottom to convert it into a full atmospheric blow-off valve.

All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please check whether they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs of our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged products, defective items, or items different from what was ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, please note that we will only handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
