QRJ 1.5 PSI Blow Off Valve - Silver by TiAL Sport
The TIAL QRJ is our newest boost control valve. It has been designed with the needs of high-performance recirculation systems in mind. The QRJ features a new body design, a compact installation envelope, high flow capacity, and configurable inlet and outlet ports.
Features
- For use in turbocharged and supercharged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. Equipped with a large 38.5mm (1.50-inch) valve.
- Configurable options for hose or V-band connections on the inlet and outlet ports.
- The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring, which is clamped in place to prevent it from sticking to the seat or blowing out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard-anodized for wear resistance.
- The QRJ comes with our proprietary machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolts, and an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
- Multiple inlet and return port options for a wide range of installation configurations.
- Internal return spring pressure tuned for the fastest response. Custom spring options are available for other configurations.
- A great feature of this BOV is that the bottom can be swapped with the bottom of a Q BOV to create a full atmospheric vent BOV.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may sustain shipping damage. We only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items that arrive damaged, are defective, or differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
