〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us, and our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily guarantee a direct bolt-on fit for Japanese domestic models.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private land, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not offer support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
