About Thermalnator Thermal Insulation Gaskets
Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of Thermalnator reduce heat by stopping metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. Using a Thermalnator gasket reduces the heat of the air entering the engine, resulting in an increase in power of up to 5%.
Using a Thermalnator gasket allows the intake manifold to act like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer heated by the cylinder head, heat from incoming air is dissipated through the aluminum very rapidly. The basic formula is that for every 5°F increase in intake air temperature, air density decreases by 1%. Higher air density results in improved horsepower.
Average testing shows a 25°F reduction, with some applications seeing a drop of up to 35°F. This is why Thermalnator gaskets are an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.

All products handled by our company are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan.
