If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Furthermore, please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Regarding shipping quotes, the amount will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Additionally, all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, please understand that we will handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
