○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatically calculated amount. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not designed to comply with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use" only, and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
