At Shaftoya, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
○ Confirming Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles; please confirm whether the parts are compatible with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese-spec models without modification.

○ Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may significantly differ from the automated calculation in rare cases. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. All items are shipped via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○ Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" system, and we are unable to provide strength analysis documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product during transit. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies within Japan.
