〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
Please note that if you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare instances where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all items are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to packaging or products. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not offer support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
