〇Checking Compatibility
Our product database is based primarily on North American (USDM) vehicles, so please verify whether parts are compatible with your Japanese (JDM) vehicle before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.
○ About Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ About Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products we carry are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection" standards, and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ About Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support is handled "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors within Japan.
