Designed for increased strength, durability, and longevity, the center housing and compressor backplate assembly is a groundbreaking one-piece design manufactured from forged aluminum. Additionally, these units are equipped with stainless steel turbine housings featuring an enlarged turbine discharge with cross-bolts for added safety.
Safety was also a key consideration when developing the new design, and all Precision GEN2 Pro Mod turbos are SFI approved when used with a stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet housing.
