As our product database is primarily based on North American (USDM) specifications, please verify compatibility with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without prior verification.
Additionally, even if a product appears after sorting by year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee a direct, bolt-on fit for Japanese market models.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using software. Please contact us before ordering if you find any descriptions confusing.
○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatic calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All items are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery, so kindly place your order with sufficient time. If you are in a rush, please inquire about estimated delivery times in advance. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; they are never sent by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not designed to comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection" standards, and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at the customer's own risk.
○ Warranty Policy
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product itself during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, please note that for products sold through us, warranty support is provided "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
