○Regarding Shipping

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a rush, please inquire about delivery times in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from what you ordered.
