○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
