〇Checking Compatibility
All product database entries are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the item is compatible with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Additionally, please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page, this does not guarantee they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not ship via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide documents such as structural strength analysis reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Please also note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not handle support through other third-party companies or agents located within Japan.
