If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

〇 Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea.
〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your order. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items that differ from your order. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "only through us."
