○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide structural review documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are entirely at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging or products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or items that differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
