○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. If this occurs, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all items are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about estimated delivery times in advance. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Our products are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with Japanese vehicle inspection standards, and we cannot provide structural integrity documents for the purpose of such inspections. Consequently, all parts are sold intended for "off-road, circuit, or private property use only." Installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. As all items are shipped internationally, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that warranty claims for products sold through us must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
