〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges other than the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Since all of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In that case, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. All products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, and off-public roads," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately when the product arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products that differ from your order. Please note that for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
