○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate of shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products handled by our company are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar items for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company."
