〇About Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the model year, manufacturer name, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○About Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air. No products are shipped by sea freight.
○About Conformity to Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○About Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered. Please also note that for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty issues "directly through us." We do not handle warranty support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
